Older model but was their flagship a couple of years ago, seems like a lot of watch for the money.

I have seen a few negative reviews on its first release October 13th 2021 as the software had issues but it seems like mobvoi worked to iron out all of those issues.

    Good price. Running Wear OS 3.5 on mine and no complaints.

      Mine is fine too. However after upgrading it to 3.5 it was extremely laggy, painfully laggy. I soon discovered that it was Facer that was causing the issue. Once I switched to a standard watch face it has been fine. And Google Wallet/Pay works better then it did previously. I mostly use my watch now for payments and store cards.
      It's a good "entry level" device too, at that price.

    If you notice even the slightest of fade in the display send it back under the warranty, the fade eventually leads to the display not working at all.
    I gave the fade the benefit of the doubt, but when I noticed it getting worse I was just over the 1 year warranty and Mobvoi did not honour it even though I showed proof of fade occured before the warranty expired. Customer service is the worst at Mobvoi.

    Hi, Does anybody know if Google pay/wallet still works with this model? I had a ticwatch pro 3 gps and it stopped working due to some kind of google security update even though it was running wear os 3.5. Google said mobvoi needs to update their security or something but they dragged their heels and not done anything to date. Would be really interested to know if it works on this model if anybody knows. Thank you

      In WearOS 3.5 Google wallet replaced Google pay on this watch and works again can confirm this issue is gone.

      I've had intermittent issues with Google Wallet in the past. There are some terminals where it just wont work. But for the most part, at most retailers it works really well and fast. So the experience using TWP3 GPS for Google Wallet has vastly improved in recent months.

      Fair I’d say buying through Amazon your probably more protected if something goes wrong with the watch though.

      It was a $400 flagship watch from reviews I've read it was mostly that it had software issues which is fair to leave a bad review at that price point these seem to have been fixed with Wear OS 3.5

          Also the quantified scientist tested and said that the health and sports tracking features were bottom of the pile. Even my miband 6 is apparently much better. Quite decent if you want an Android smart watch and don't care about the health and fitness part

      Which mostly consist of the old reviews about being stuck on Wear OS 2 and similar. It's since had Wear OS 3 and 3.5 fixing a lot of issues. Back then this cost $280+ too.

    I have the non Ultra version and while hardware specs are good, the soft/firmware is bad, even on the new WearOS (which had its release delayed for a long time too). Random lagging, battery level not updating, etc. I'd get one with direct support from Google or Samsung next time.

      The bip 5 is basic it has no wearOS or contactless payment and 4 satellite lock system this has 5 and a dual screen for longer battery when not using smart features. They are quite different watches. Watch some reviews online.

        the 4 satellite lock system might be good in specs but if it's been test to be not that great in real life it doesn't really matter does it? and I love the fact that is has a dual scree, but if all the health and fitness features aren't accurate it's not worth it unless you just want a smart watch for payments and the train etc.

          Ok, after stacking with another $10 off and then 20% off Amazon I think I picked this up for 84 bucks. For that money I can replace the ticwatch 2 I got for 40 bucks a year or so ago, it's the only way I'd be getting payments on my watch.

          If the health/fitness stuff is bad I will just keep wearing my MiBand for sports

    Had it for a couple years (on replacement one now). Swimming at the pool screws it up eventually, so don't recommend doing that. Last time went for a run without phone wearing them and mi band 9, watch shows 10km and miband - less than 8km. Huge difference in all other stats as well. Quite laggy. Gonna treat myself with Samsung gw7 for Christmas and never look back at ticwach (had different models of them for the last 6 years)

      had tic watch pro LTE and watch 3 pro LTE. was happy until they messed up with 3.x OS update. switched to watch 5 Pro from gumtree and never looked back, but still miss secondary display.

    I had this watch and also similar issue like the person above, swimming at the pool messed up the watch, it is on a non stop shutdown and restart cycle until it runs of out charge. Reached out to Mobvoi and tried all their solutions but nothing worked. They refused replacement.

    Can you use this to play audiobooks connecting this smartwatch to a bluetooth buds? (instead of the phone)
    Both with an Audioble app OR even with audiobooks in m4b mp3 format

    My use case is to use it mostly at night for audiobook/sleep sounds
