            @abowen: I read reviews where people actually like the floral taste it just seems too strong for me as I usually don’t like too strong botanicals in my gin

    As a gin lover, personally I think Aldi's bog standard gin as is good as this.

    Great price for Hendricks though.

      Just go for the standard gin and tonic. Bog standard yellow label Schweppes tonic is perfectly fine and add a slice of lemon or lime. We like a sprig of rosemary in there sometimes too. Next level is a Martini, which is also easy to make but needs a few more ingredients.
