It seems the more expensive QC (sans SC suffix) is just a more colourful model with the usual proper hard case came with all previous QC headphones. But functionally wise should be the same. Have to say that's a very expensive hard case…

How much have these changed since the OG Ozbargain favourite QC35? I must have had these things for over 10 years now and they still absolutely kick arse.
My QC35 is 8 years old, too but had to replace headband once and ear cushion twice. Need to replace ear cushion for the 3rd time as it's disintegrating, again.
It's solid and enough for most of cases. AirPods Pro 2 is much superior and I'm no longer use my QC35 unless on a long trip (just can't fit AirPods Pro for more than 3 hours at a time).
I know the new QC would easily defeat QC35, but QC35 simply won't die on me.
