Even better with a lighting kit. I got this one, but there are others. However, I made a couple of changes and also drilled holes and ran the wires mostly internally. It took a while but well worth it imho.

Its like $100. Even at 10% pa. You'll make $100 in 10 years and you'd have to store it. Then, spend time uploading pics and finding a buyer… Your profit per hour would be like $2. Just work an hour or two extra this week and you'd be making more money <3
