This was listed a few months ago but I think many of the items have changed and I think the combined shipping is better now? There seems to be a $10 shipping cap.
Free shipping is usually just for specific things (wines, Fashion etc).

The quality of these are great for the price, a while ago I bought a pair of the huge tongs for $2.90.

Reasons: normal prices, no change as far as I can remember. GraysOutlet has always had combined shipping. Free shipping is available from time to time (approx 1mth).
