Another round of this referral by UberEats. This one is limited until 20 December 2024 and may be targeted to specific users. This means it may take a few attempts through the referral links to find one that that reflects this deal.

Conditions
This offer is a limited time promotion for an additional $20 Uber Cash reward for a completed referral of a new user to the to UberEats App. Promotion expires 23:55 AEST/NZST on 20/12/2024. Upon application of the code provided by the inviter, the invited person (invitee), if eligible, will receive $20 Uber Cash to be used on their first order in the Uber Eats app within 3 days. Only valid for new invitees without a previous or existing Uber account, and who have not applied a referral code before. Invitees must have an Uber Cash balance of $0. When one of the inviter’s eligible invitees completes their first order within 14 days of applying the inviter’s code, the inviter will receive $20 Uber Cash (up to a maximum of 5 times). Inviter is only eligible to receive $20 Uber Cash up to a maximum of 5 times, regardless of the number of eligible invitees who complete their first order using the inviter’s code.

    +1 to the suggestion of getting a new referral pool setup for this offer.
    Also just wanted to highlight that in the T&C it says that "inviter will receive $20 Uber Cash (up to a maximum of 5 times)". So referrer should try to remember to remove themselves from the new pool once they reach their 5 referrals limit.

        Speaking from my experience from when Uber Eats had this promo in August, the $20 Uber cash for Referee was instant after applying the referral code. Which makes sense since Uber Eats wants the new user to place their first order straight away.

        The Referrer would receive their $20 Uber cash around 2-3 days after the Referee made their first order.

    I've tested this and it seems that the new customer (referee) does not get an instant $20 credit but rather an email saying they will receive the bonus within 3 days (if eligible).

    Anyone able to confirm this behaviour? It's confusing for people trying to redeem the offer.

      You will not be eligible if you have previously signed up to Uber Eats prior to the referral (including on another account) or if you have previously applied a referral code.

      Uber Eats reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments if we believe they were in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of terms.

      The issue of Uber Cash under this Offer is subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions. Uber Cash issued to your Uber Cash balance under this Offer is not refundable or redeemable for actual cash, and it is not transferable. Uber Cash issued under this offer can be used for orders on the Uber Eats app and cannot be used for rides on the Uber app. Any Uber Cash issued under this offer will expire within 14 days of reward.

      Check your app on the refer-a-friend page, it'll show there if your code pays out $20
      you'll need the code from someone else otherwise

    i referred to few of my mates. Opened enquiry about haven't received my referral bonus n was told none of my mates account exist. They dont want to give referrer bonus this time.

    So far I've tried adding one code (from the pool using the referral link on here) and all it says is $0 delivery.
    I did get that email from uber saying:

    "Thank you for using your friend or family member’s referral code on Uber Eats.

    We’re currently reviewing your eligibility for the bonus referral. If you're eligible, you’ll receive your bonus within the next 3 days….."

    So we'll see what happens i guess.

    Pretty stupid having a promotion where you try entice new customers by offering a big welcome credit, but then dont actually apply the credit when they sign up

    People have got my $20 credit but I didn't get $20 back, so dodgy of Uber. One the first day I got the $20 but have refered another 2 friends and didn't get anything.
