    Returns are donated to Salvation Army. All mattresses sold to customers through our website are brand new.

  a dodgy company, they dont seem to honor refunds, this is a review from productreviews website;

  Refunds no as perfect as they claim
  Bought online, then received a message that they don’t deliver to our area despite advertising free delivery so cancelled the order 7th Oct, email ignored and a quote for $300 delivery sent to me. Refund requested again, said it would take 1-5 days for refund. It’s now 18th and still no money. Don't blame my bank, it's all in the email string.

  they also incentivise reviews for productreview which seems very bias

  @onebedmattress - I was looking to purchase Original King size. it was cheaper with the promo code, looks like it's more expensive now after you remove the promo code. Any chance you could reinstate it? Love your product, this is my 3rd mattress purchase.
