  • It’s giving me an error while signing up “ The promo code is invalid for this service.”

    • Are you porting a number?

      • Yes I’m porting.

      • I got it now. I did not select porting option. All good thanks

  • Gotta say experience has been fine so far, and would recommend.

Initiated port from Catch Connect on Friday night. Received an SMS with verification code within 5 mins, then replied to it.

I was expecting the port to be completed by Saturday morning, oddly enough I had to login to the Yomojo website to press the activate button to actually "initiate" the eSIM port. Port completed ~30mins after activating on their website.

I would've expected the activation process to just continue on after replying to the SMS verification code.

    • The verification process then triggers the option to commence the port.

Some people want to schedule this at a time that suits them, such as closer to the end of their current plans expiration.

Get a friend to move over, and you'll both get $20.00 credit on your account.

  • This was the worst experience ever. I attempted to port my number over and it's taken 5 days, nothing. Someone there admitted they stuffed up, tried deleting the eSim and trying again, no dice. Told me to wait 48 hours, still waiting now, nothing. No email for an eSim, no confirmation, nothing.

Not even worth the free month, stick to your usual suspects. I'm currently left with my number in limbo.

    • The order process is automated, eSIMs are sent out shortly after an order is verified. I'm not aware of any porting issues, and seeing plenty of eSIM ports using the OzBargain promo code.

Please send any emails on this matter to [email protected], i'll get this looked at asap,
