Recommend Me a Corded Pool Cleaner Please

About time to lift the pool cover. The kreepy has done it job over the years. Looking to update from suction to robot cleaner.

Budget between 2K to 3K.

  • Looking to run it daily for around 6 hours
  • Corded
  • Good warranty period
  • Prefer local dealers in Vic or Amazon

Been quoted Prowler 930W for $2k, RC6000 20% off advertised price, M600 for around $3k.

Don't, get a battery aiper …they are smart and cover the looking 2.5hrs before recharge. 6hrrs is a long time, if really needed buy two and you will still be in budget at bf prices

    • Agree Aiper Seagull Pro I got is going strong, had a few zodiacs , Seagull does a good job!

do not check the Aiper website. you will be bombarded with facebook ads.

  • We went back to a standard suction cleaner, robot was ok (Polaris) but never great in how well it cleaned. Also keep the kreepy around in case you ever need to vacuum to waste.

Sebastian isn’t corded but he wears European trunks and has abs.

Careful with him around your wife

  • We HAD a Maytronics Dolphin S150.
Worked great for 6 years…until it died.
At the moment we have resorted to the manual vacuum.

Dolphin S200 is often considered the best bang for buck,
Pool builders range is re-labelled DB2 for a lower price:

Mines been going strong for 4 years

  • SO much for all those movies whose core premise was some tanned, moustachied guy wandering in stating,"I am here to clean the pool…"

Ours was part of our pool install 7 years ago, so it's no longer available. We bought a finer mesh basket to pick up more silt, but other than that it works well. 15 minutes total of set up and pack up including rinsing the basket at the end. Occasionally leaves behind a leaf or two. Choose floor clean, or floor and walls then adjust from standard run times if desired (does not go up to 6 hours).

Why 6 hours per day? 100,000 litre pool?
