Yes it does seem possibly scammy. But I can confirm it’s a legit deal. Professional dentist, had my teeth cleaned and checked with no upsells or immediate revisits (until next scheduled clean of course) required.

  Hey Op. could you please explain what permanent residence only means? Are they checking visa status? Or they checking the address? When i signed up through facebook there were no prompts asking for address or anything related to residency and i have received my appointment booking notification for Monday

    Although I can confirm they’re not checking visa status (it’s just a regular dental surgery), I believe they’re trying to impress the client enough to entice them in to being return a client. If you’re going to go back home OS in a few months for example, you’re not the client they’re seeking with the free dental exam.
