Chipolo is the only one I know of. Think there’s another one as well but can’t remember the name
Possibly Pebblebee, since I was looking at them for a card with a somewhat renewable battery. (Rechargable, but still not replaceable)
I distinctly remember the Chipolo not having a rechargeable or replaceable battery for it's card form factor, which was a bit sad as they ticked most of the other boxes. (Instead they offer a device replacement program at 50% off)

We just got back from Europe and used these through the trip. It is nice to sit on a plane and look at the dot that shows your checked luggage is near by. They can take a little while to sync as luggage is taken off the plane.
My SIL didn’t have an OS SIM for her phone so we put one in her backpack. If she went off to do something else we could see where she was. Might be an assist for finding children and elderly people who wander off.

Last time I tried this, TopCashback did not track my purchase, and the AirTag was ineligible for a change of mind return.
