Rack Mounting a 15.6" Portable IPS Monitor

Hey guys,

Following the posting of this deal - 15.6" Portable IPS Monitor 1920x1080 ($119) @ ALDI, I was looking at pulling the trigger on the equivalent MagicRaven or the ARZOPA model.

My plan is to use it as a display for one of my NVRs.

Looking at the dimensions of the ARZOPA model: 0.93 x 35.5 x 22 cm, the height is about 5RU.
I have got a 42RU cabinet with plenty of unused space at the top.

Is there any third party mechanism that you can think of that I could use to rack mount this LCD panel?

Thank you in advance for any helpful pointers.

Some of these cheap portable monitors have VESA screw holes but the listings usually don't say. My 14" Akntzcs has VESA screw holes.

If that's the case, then I would just need to buy a VESA rack mount.
Like you said, there is no mention of this anywhere, and I don't see any photos of the backside of these portable monitors.

3D printing, automotive VHB tape, and a bit of creativity.

  • plenty of 3D printable VESA adaptors & mounts

Could even just put it on a rack shelf
