  • I was considering a Roborock but after seeing how bad their object avoidance is based on Jamie Andrews tests I’ve decided to wait for the Eufy X10 to (hopefully) go on sale…

    Edit: good price tho

    • +1

Just an FYI, I have one of these and the object avoidance is really good. I'm not sure what you've seen but as a "real world" owner of the product, I've not had any issues with it not being able to navigate obstacles and objects. I dare say that this is probably the best robovac that I've ever owned and used.

      • How does it go with cables? That’s my main concern as Jamie Andrews specifically called out Roborock for their tendency to eat cables

        • +1

Well, in all of the locations where my vac goes, there aren't cables lying around for it to potentially eat. I keep most, if not all of cabling managed and/or off the ground so I can't confirm or deny that.

      • I've got a revo and i find the object avoidance terrible.

Really wish I had one of the maxV models instead.

    • List #2 is super handy, thanks for this!

    • +1

Comparison spreadsheet is already in the deal.

    • According to this list The Qrevo S is a better buy than the Qrevo MaxV.

      Do users agree with this?

  • This doesn't seem like a good buy when you can get the Ecovacs T30 pro less than $100 more which has way more features and is better rated by vacuum wars.

  • Also 1099 at The Good Guys if you prefer to not wait

  • +1

Waiting for qrevo Maxv to drop further next week

    • +1

      What if it doesn't?

    • That's also explained in the deal. More suction and slightly less dust storage.

  • It's always that price in the goodguys commercial btw

  • i bought this: https://www.iliferobot.com/products/ShinebotW450/

it is best thing for mopping IMO.
