  I have just refunded Cloud 3 wireless 3 days ago…
  It was awesome at first, but then I noticed that sound would cut off or become robotic during some multiplayer sessions. Mic would randomly cut off as well, so sometimes my friends didn't even hear what I said. Never had any issues with Cloud 2 wired.
  Apparently, the latest firmware update really messed them up, at least according to reddit. Mine arrived with that firmware, so I couldn't roll back or anything.
