    Wow that is so cheap! Paid $1499 for mine 12 months ago. Works great rooted and flashed with Valetudo for local only control too

    A good price.

    Valetudo seem like a good way to reduce risk of online hack. Just a pity we can't undo software modification for warranty purpose.

      I can't say specifically, but I'd be very surprised if it does, I have quite a high rug that my previous vac struggled with and this one does it with ease. I would imagine slate would be well within its limits unless there's a significant step.

      Mine gets onto the tiled area in the kitchen fine, from the wood floor. So it has the metal "joiner" thing it has to go over. You hear it go over it, but its fine haha

    So many vacuums on sale, and finding it so hard to work out which ones have cameras and which don't. Some seem to not call the cameras cameras, but some kind of AI system. Do modern robot vacuums have options to turn off/cover the cameras?

      This one does have camera like most. Fortunately Valetudo hack allow user to install it own web hosting on the device itself. Allowing us to have nearly all functions offline.

      Personally I prefer the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat for $1275 with increase suction, heated water for mop and etc.
