Bought 2 x COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Repairing Essence 100ml

Should last a good 6 months or more. I have a few empty the ordinary bottle drippers i can refil with this for easy application

putting snail trails all over your face. what will people think of doing next?

    • bukkake botox

  • I've been using this one [COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Repairing Essence 100ml] for years and it keeps my skin looking dewy and moisturised without any comedogenic effect.

Use it like a toner/primer and layer over it with moisturiser, SPF, etc.

  • Wow… had no idea this was a thing.
Looks like people around here are quite knowledgable so I'll try and ask.

I have some decent scars on my shins and hands from rock climbing. The skin has healed but I get serious pigmentation (they heal much darker). So I've got these patches that have been around for 6 months to a year. Yep, they are fading very slowly, but is there a product I can use to help speed it up?
    Thanks al!

I think some of it may have been caused by using too strong a Dettol solution on my shins…

Side note: It's fun in meetings when people keep staring at my knuckles etc thinking I'm in some kind of fight club.

If the skin is a lot darker, general brightening products may not have much effect. A stronger spot treatment like John Plunketts SuperFade Face Treatment Cream is the strongest stuff you can get over the counter. It has 2% hydroquinone and salicylic acid and may lighten the problematic areas a bit. Beyond that, you'll need to consult a dermatologist.

Edit: Dermatologists can do laser treatments on the areas.

Wow, thanks for taking the time to reply @moocher!

        Love this place haha!

You're welcome - hope something works out for you. If you do buy that cream from CW, just apply sparingly. I found that my face couldn't tolerate applying it twice a day as instructed - started getting irritation and peeling….

I can vouch for tretinoin in scar treatment. You would need topical 0.1% though which is hard to find.
I had bad scars on my back from acne , 6 months into oral tretinoin, and all the scars dissapeared.

Could someone suggest which products or combination would be appropriate as a gift for someone who tired it before.

As a guy who doesn't really moisturise much all the different products is bewildering!!

    • I'm guessing you don't know which products that someone has tried and liked?

Probably can't go wrong with this set since it comes in a box. Should suit all skin types. I haven't heard of anyone who doesn't like the essence so hopefully that person will too.

  • Hands down the best brand and products for sensitive skins.

  • This or the Ordinary? Wanting to get some skincare routine going
