After nearly 5 years of enjoying YouTube premium, like everyone, I received the email requesting an Indian form of payment.

For now, I’d rather keep the family setup in India before packing and moving to Turkey via the iOS method, hence my request for gift cards as a temporary solution.

My questions:

  • Would removing my Aussie credit card and redeeming gift cards in ₹ work? So to continue the subscription without interruption?

  • If so, where can I buy ₹ INR Google Play Gift cards? Amazon India?

        Hopefully, I suggest try adding a small amount of credit first to make sure it works before loading your account up.

    why don't you use adblockers for free ? I never get ads on youtube

    PC/Phone : Firefox + uBlockOrigin + SponsorBlock
    TV : SmartTube has both adblock + SponsorBlock
