Motörhead Premium Dark Rum is made out of the finest selection of ex bourbon barrel aged Caribbean Reserve Rum.

The premium rum consists of a blend of different ages up to 8 YO rum to maximize the taste experience.

Tasting notes: Aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, brown sugar, arrack and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and spicy with notes of chocolate, vanilla, oak and nuts, with a medium sweet, spicy finish.

      All we can say is that it's a solid dark rum on it's own (but of course we would say that). At $50 off a bottle, you're basically negating any "branding" in the cost. Rock on!

    Looks to be a Dominican blended solera (molasses) aged 8 years in bourbon barrels.

    I'm tempted, but also heading overseas in a few weeks with the promise of Duty Free to stock up my collection.
