    • Hi, correct. The Anker Q20 is genuine. The reason behind the cheap price is because sometimes we get good deals therefore we sell them cheap. Yes there is warranty as well.

  • Bugger, Q20 is out of stock as I was going to order it.

  • I ordered the liberty 2. I got an email said that "Your parcel from Kango Cart has been delivered" and I immediately went to check but I don't see any parcel. Now it will take them 7 business day to resolve. :(

    • Hi, I’m sorry to hear about the issue. I’ve reviewed your order, and it was placed on Saturday, processed and shipped on Monday, with an attempted delivery today, Tuesday. The update on the courier’s website states ‘up to 7 business days’ not 7 business days. I will give them a call and ensure you receive your item as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

  • I spoke with the courier, they will give the driver a call and understand what happened. I asked for a proof of photo but they didn't have any. So it might have been a miss scan. They will update us later today.

    • Thanks for your help. They just send me a new message to collect at a nearby collect point. It might have been a wrong update on the tracking.
