Recently opened a new account on the HJ app and set the date of birth to today. The whopper voucher showed up in app but the option to redeem in app is greyed out and the only option is to redeem at cashier.
Anybody else had the same experience? Will the cashier check IDs to confirm date of birth or can I redeem it without any drama?
If you get someone nice at the register they will say "happy birthday."
It feels odd when your birthday was 6 months ago but still a free whopper is a free whopper.

They don't check IDs. Just show them the voucher on the phone.
