I personally only selected 20 (the people I am intending to give xmas cards to anyway, the 5 free ones will save me a bundle on international postage).

Over that I believe they are about $1.50 each? The website is quite vague… May be cheaper than AusPost $1.60 international card rate?

    Please try to avoid this type of offer, "requests to friends for their addresses" is not a good idea at all for some free cards.
