I purchased this in May of this year for $136. The standing feature of this vacuum is so useful. It has a "max" speed setting that works super well but drains the battery quickly.

  Anyone that has purchased and used this know whether it works well for hard flooring (no carpet), in particular for dog fur?

    Mine stopped sucking. It never picked up anything significant off hard floor and it was worthless on shag rug. It got worse and I kept trying to clean it out but never worked properly again.

    Contacted their support, but they just ignored me. Bought a Dyson again. Still have their robot vacuum which works ok.

  I bought the L8 which has slightly more suction and it is pretty good for cat fur on tiles. Seems to get it all and the head light is a geat feature. Unlike a Dyson, the wall hanger is not powered and requires a cable plug in each time. Bang for buck,id buy it again.
