Opinions on Q.bell 70" 4K Ultra HD TV with Webos Hub?

Hi fellow OzBargainers,

I came across the Q.Bell 70" 4K Ultra HD TV with WebOS Hub listed for $597 at Officeworks as part of the OnePass Early Access deal .

I haven't been able to find any reviews on either Officeworks' website or through a general Google search. Just wondering if anyone here has bought this model or has any insights to share about the Tv and Q.Bell brand in general?

Would love to hear any feedback on picture quality, sound, performance, or anything else worth noting. For a 70-inch TV at this price, I'm curious if it's a solid budget option or if there are any red flags.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like a White Label Brand from the same factory as the Linsar brand at The Good Guys.

WebOS is LG's SmartTV interface, to the point that you Agree to LG Terms and Conditions during setup.

They've cut something to make and ship it for this price. So, I wouldn't be expecting any more than 5 years of life from it.

We've got the 86" Linsar at work. It's fine as a presentation screen in a well lit room.
Sound is also fine. I can't comment on picture quality for home use though.
I'd say as long as you don't intent turning off the lights any major flaws (I'm sure there are loads of minor flaws) will be hidden.

    • @ESEMCE Thanks for the helpful reply. I will go have a look at it in person at Officeworks or TGG.

I picked one of these up a few days back and overall pretty happy.
    Pros:
Good picture quality, very impressed. Looks similar to the cheapest TCL/hisense TVs after looking round hn/tgg etc.
Web OS isn't terrible and it is no where near as laggy as I thought. Still using a fire stick however, just a great QOL upgrade
    Cheap as chips
    Easy pick up
    Flybuys

    Cons:
Only 12m warranty, chiq 65" for same price at HN with 5 years warranty may be the better option but I only needed this for a year.
Feet/stand are a bit shaky and the viewing angle is strange. Easily fixed with a vesa mount which we were doing anyway

Overall very happy, 70" TV with a good panel for $599 can't complain. No reviews for long term usage is something to keep in mind if you intend to use this long term.

    • Thanks for the review @Samboz1016. Decided to go with a 75" TCL from this deal
