      What's the beam angle? 120° would be 382 candelas.

      Depends on your flux angle.
      Lumens measure intensity from a source whereas candelas measure flux density, which is dependent on the apex angle of the emission.
      But then you knew that anyway.

    (I couldn't find it on the amazon page)

    on the amazon page "LED flashlight extremely bright outdoor 143H long time running after fully charged" they really need to change this it's not true. 143H is at 5lm can only light up 1m in front of you not extremely bright.

    also while searching for that was reading in results memory mode only works if you leave it off for 5 seconds. so if you turn it off then on straight away you might think memory mode isn't working.

      Some people aren't too bright if they think such a small battery could keep it going at 1200lm for 148 hours.

        yeah but doesn't matter plenty of people just fast scroll the amazon page just to find the one area they are interested in. they try to trick people who see it as "cheap" and will click buy quickly.

        they didn't include the details I linked to above, which is misleading because it's what shows what 143 hour battery mode is.

            not saying this is a bad or cheap torch btw. just saying the page info is incomplete.

            not saying there is anything wrong with your post either. that's how I write most descriptions just the basic marketing text, I think it's fair users should read up on the spec by clicking the deal link.

          oh are you doing the Olight month of madness thing too?

          I'm secretly signing in once per day, well I missed one day so far. but it doesn't matter I checked the horizontal chart it's got 100 O coins everyday for like over a week at the very end, for dummies like me who missed a day or two.

          tbh don't really plan to buy unless a great deal.. but in my head I thought to see the best prices I have to do the month of madness. 😭
