    not worth the price IMO
with a lower price tag you can already get a decent vacuum robot with auto-empty dock (eg. roborock, ecovacs etc.)
paying a little more you can even get the top tier ones with mop self cleaning

  • This one doesn't mop. Just vacuuming. It's big so might not go under low height beds / sofas

    Dyson sucks these days

Dreame worth $400 works much better then this one.

  • No mop and bad obstacle avoidance 🤣

It's funny how Dyson somehow marketed their way into having people pay $1000+ for plastic stick vacs but they can't hit the robovac market because we've already got the plastic China models that do exactly what they do, at a fraction of the price.

    • do more* at a fraction of the price

Mr Dyson is a king of patents, that cost money. Hence his toys are $$$

Dyson is the Nokia of the Vacuum cleaner market. They seriously missed the boat on robotic vacuums. I guess at this point they are just flogging the brand name cash cow.

  • Heard nothing but bad reviews for this. the Eufy one for $500 is as good.

  • These are absolute trash.
A roomba from 10 years ago is better

  • The problem with these kinds of vacuums is it's mostly in the software. Anyone can make a vacuum that rolls around and sucks. Dysons software is terrible so this vacuum is no good.

    • Can't just throw money at advertising and put together some OEM plastic parts with a motor in it, like their other shit.
Gotta actually write or steal the software.

Lack of lidar is also a bad omission by Dyson on something this expensive. I have one and it's rubbish compared to my Eufy X10

  • Reviews I saw were bad. Mkay.
