I've got one of these in every colour, love them
Those have an awful fit and are way too thick.
Omg imagine wearing that in the Queensland sun lol
I couldn't believe the upvotes those were getting in the deal last week. I checked them out in store. Awful in every way.
@nubzy: I got 2 of them last deal and agree they felt thick and heavy but after a wash or 2 I kind of like them
@ozbargainer88: Lol @ I kind of like them
I disagree, I think the thick cotton is a good thing, but you need to be discriminating about what kind of weather you wear them in
The fit suits my body type, but I do wish it was ever so slightly looser.
Still the best tee Uniqlo sells at the moment. The 100% cotton half-sleeve pocket tee used to be the best one, but they don't sell it anymore.
I love the textile on these. It feels robust, but it breathes very easily. Can't stand the normal t-shirts with the cheap knit fabric anymore.
Bought some of the Uniqlo U crew neckas and they are also excellent.
Yea these are the best t shirts I own. Loose but not too loose.
thanks, needed new pj's
Lol the pic of the dude doesn't exactly inspire me to purchase
why not?
The model looks like he's been told to stand there by his Mum while she "just takes a few snaps for your Nan"
that's usually how models look tbh, unless it's smiling dads in a Target catalogue
Agreed, shirt is ugly af
I can't believe they went back up from 9.90 to 14.90, no one was buying them at that price. 9.90 is where it should be.
Haven't seen discounted items go back up in price at Uniqlo before.
Crazy how much we get ripped off here. Just got 3x of these for $12.90 in Japan.
Bought heaps each time when I got back home there
Really? I went to Uniqlo in Vietnam and the conversion worked out about the same as Aussie prices (Actually I got an airsm crew neck and it worked out exactly $0.50 cheaper than Aussie stores). I am surprised it worked out cheaper in Japan, even if it is a Japanese brand.
The ones in Japan are way cheaper plus heaps of on sales and clearance.
Some from Vietnam are cheaper eg parka but majority is same as Australia. Australia, Thailand > Vietnam >> Japan.
Are you sure you're talking about the same tee?

Currently about 20 AUD - keeping in mind that that the Japanese yen is currently in the toilet.
How is the sizing compared to here?
Going there in December
is it just me or is 'relaxed fit' just a way to get rid of the XL stock? my kid was some stuff that is WAY too big for him..
Maybe it's that silly baggy jeans and t shirt fad happening again from the 90s
Yeah after the 90s we realised we all looked like massive dorks, I can’t bring myself to wear baggy jeans and shirts, or long white socks and sneakers again.
Maybe it’s a millennial thing but I feel like clothes that fit well and complement your body shape will never go out of style. It sometimes seems like the younger generations are deliberately trying to look like dweebs.
I'm a millennial, but I prefer white crew socks to ankle socks and no-show socks. Just don't like the way they look.
There is definitely a degree of irony in youth fashion, has been the case for decades
In the late 2000s and 2010s I believe clothes became too slim. Especially suits. Thankfully clothes are starting to trend to at least be somewhat relaxed and drape properly.
Aaaand… they're gone! :(
You cannot compare price between 2 countries.Last month I got more than 10 T shirts from Osaka.Love it.they have prints on T shirt which we don't have in Australia.
Osaka > Tokyo!
The models in the photo need some iron.
IMO these are worth the extra five bucks. No microplastics. https://www.uniqlo.com/au/en/products/E422992-000?colorCode=…
