Thoroughly enjoying seeing all the Ozb dinner events around, but we'll have to learn to cook once those are over. Been watching The Bear a lot lately? This is the deal for you

"The ability to provide your own closed shoes for safety"

    I'm out :(

    • Wonder if crocs with jibbitz counts 😂

  • I did one of these at another tafe many years ago as a hobby, was very rewarding and much cheaper than short courses in cooking from private places. I had to pay for the student card for enrolment and my knives and uniform but nothing for the course. decided not to pursue as a profession as i make more money in another profession. Worth it if want a job, easily clear $700PW just doing lunch service M-F making meals for the bain marie for the office crowd.

    • what they get you to do in the courses? each class is a full day, do you physically cook stuff all day or are you just learning about the kitchen?
