    worth noting that although shopback's existing customer rate is 15%, it has a $50 cap per transaction. unusually lousy offering from tcb imo.
    having said that, it's unclear whether or not singles day coupons stack with the sb offering, whereas they certainly do here.
    and ofc this is good for the ppl who hate shopback and would understandably prefer to never deal with them.

    edit: $2 bonus does sweeten it a bit

      TopCashback's 16% rate seems to be matching ShopBack's 16% cashback for its Plus members. It seems that the cap per transaction for ShopBack has been $50 and TopCashback is $30 from previous offers. Cashrewards is worse at 15% cashback for existing customers ($25 cap per transaction).

    20% at TCB US, no mention of any cap either.

    Though be aware if ordering more than one item in a single transaction and just one of the item gets cancelled, cashback for the rest of the order will likely be rejected (just happened to me for an order back in August, submitted a claim).

        Yeah I'm not sure, does say under "Cash back terms and exclusions":

        Combining promotions from another site and/or using a coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback

        I suppose it's possible that's why my cashback was rejected… (had a couple of small purchases that became payable previously, but I didn't use any coupon on those).

        I used the app too because on my laptop it keeps giving me a 404 error.

        After clicking through from the TCB app, did yours open a browser as well and a prompt to open the AliExpress app? Because that's what happened to mine and I checked out from the AliExpress app. A bit worried if it would track.

        I checked the T&C's there's no mention of ineligibility if using the AliExpress app, so hoping it would be fine.

        EDIT: All 9 items tracked successfully as well as the $2 bonus after 15 minutes!

      I always add things to my wish list but I click out then add to cart. Not sure if that makes a difference but I've never added to cart direct from wish list.

      Do you have the adblocker turned on? I noticed this is the most common reason I had trouble with tracking.

        Thanks for replying. Using a clean version of Edge. I don't use it for anything else. Never had a problem with Edge before.

        Also double checked that all items are Affilated Products.

        Not sure why this didn't track as I have used TCB, CR and SB for a long time.

        All items shipped very quickly so I am unable to cancel the order. I think that you can only send one item back for free so that is no good either. Bummer!

          I cancelled my order and reordered, my new order tracked within 10 minutes with an email from topcashback saying "Your recent purchase has tracked". I think that's the safest option if you are waiting a long time (over 12 hours) for a tracking email.

              @OZBMate8911: No issues cancelling. After it was cancelled, I used the exact same coupon again, as well as the store coupon and aliexpress coins that were refunded from my cancelled order.
