Be careful of the commencement date.
I saw this offer in the Bassendean WA store Monday night and asked for the upgrade and told it was not available until the 13th December. When asked why the sign was being displayed was told that they (the counter staff) did not put it there. I received the $9.95 order (no upgrade) and they toook the sign away.
