I was in Costco today scoping out the $99 365 day Vodafone deal and this year they have scrapped Vodafone, must have been losing money.
So, if you're looking for a deal don't wait.

no they sold them all year round at normal price but offered 50GB more data as they were costco

Can someone please tell me if you auto recharge the $250 starter from last year, this year. Will it still include a recharge of 1200 international minutes? i.e. the Costco perks? Such as 50 international sms etc? As well as unlimited national talk and text. Is there any way to discount the recharge?
no costco deal is not happening costco stopped doing vodafone, and vodafone themselves stopped including international minutes. The best yearly deal with all that included is Boost mobile $230 sims that are on sale for $174 which includes all what you're asking
So the plans don't even recharge ($250) with their base inclusions either? Wasn't talking necessarily about getting a new sim or plan was wondering about recharging.
they do, but if you leave you cannot get plan
@SpeedAU: In my specific case there was an activation bungle that they later "fixed" in 2023 and they are telling me now the 1200 minutes international was only a one off inclusion and is mentioned in the small print on the back.
It wasn't worded it like that on the front it looked like plan inclusions.
Can you or anyone who has the original Costco late 2023 $250 starter pack (with international 50 texts and 1200 minutes) please post or link a clear photo of the rear terns and conditions? Mines packed away and hard to access at the moment.
