      I took it as per transaction but will check with @gotyourback Can you please clarify on the $30 cap for standard cashback (per member or per transaction)? Bank bonus $20 cap is per purchase. Thanks.

        yeah unfortunate, was hoping the early morning scans they usually do would pick it up. I even bought the item through the SHOPBACK APP itself and in their browser but still no bueno.

        Will submit a missing cashback report tomorrow morning (if it still does not track which seems likely now) as it will be available for submission 48hours after click activity.

        Took PLENTY of screenshots though as they tend to ask for more information and i have it ready to fire lol

            @StarPlatinum: same, but i still lodged a missing cashback claim BEFORE it tracked.

            The tracking just hijacked the missing manual claim entry and tracked properly at the correct amount which is great! it also tracked my bank bonus too, so all good now. Taking 72+hours to track though which is slower than usual thats for sure.

    How do we get the St George cashback? Can i pay to the card linked to my paypal? or do i need to add the cc somewhere in shopback?

    Can i use apple pay via the app?

      1) Do you have one of the following St George Bank cards that are eligible for cashback?

      • St.George Visa Debit Card
      • St.George Platinum Advantage Visa Card
      • St.George Vertigo Platinum Visa Card
      • St.George No Annual Fee Visa Card
      • St.George Amplify Platinum Visa Card
      • St.George Amplify Signature Visa Card
      • St.George Vertigo Visa Card

      2) If you have an eligible St George Bank card, you will need to add the card first (before shopping at adidas) to your ShopBack account via the ShopBack App.

      On the ShopBack App

      • Select the “Add Card” button when you first visit the St.George Lounge or
      • Select “Account” in the bottom right corner
      • Go to “Link payment method”
      • Tap “Add a credit or debit card securely”

      3) When you have added your eligible St George card to your ShopBack account, the St George 10% bank bonus would be visible on your App under the St George Lounge or adidas offer.

      4) For cashback, PayPal payment is excluded as the St George card cannot be identified.
      You can use Apple Pay but there may be a 14 day delay in tracking.
      To ensure tracking, it may be better to add the St George card directly as payment method at checkout.
      As a reminder, cashback is not applicable for purchases made via the adidas app.

      If the St.George debit or credit card in your Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay is the same eligible card that you've added to your ShopBack account, then you’ll qualify for St.George bonus Cashback. Gift Card purchases made using Apple Pay may take up to 14 days to be tracked.

      Bonus Cashback exclusions
