Do people still fill up in 7-11 now that their restrictions of 25c pretty much made it pointless. At least in the areas i work or live in, I just never use them anymore. I find other servos cheaper since i can get discounts for them. And 25c is nowhere near the same as the 40-50c jump in price and also some around that are still 40-50.

Pretty much. It's just a fixed value Visa card that's unlocked at certain merchant categories.

There's people who lost out on the deal with deals ending early.
ShopBack probably has a budget of how many gift cards they are selling at 6% cashback and the allocation has sold out. This gift card is popular (versus the Shell one) as it can be used at all service stations etc. As you said, the eGift cards are still available but at 2% cashback.

I purchased a gift card with 6% cashback. They’re probably just making people submit tickets to try earn their mistake back off them.
‘First 2000 purchases will receive 6% cashback’ would be an appropriate promotion if that’s actually what they were doing.
Or having it as ‘Sold Out’ once their hit their budget for these.
