As per the title. I picked up the Pixel 9 Pro on the $99 JB Hi-Fi Plan yesterday. Everything went through smoothly with the JB rep suggesting the plan will show up in the JB Mobile app in few minutes.
I came back home with the new phone. However, the Order is still showing 'In Progress' and when I called up the store today, the JB Rep said it is showing 'In provisioning' and he has raised a ticket with Telstra.
It is a new connection and not a port of an existing number.
Any ideas / thoughts on what is happening?
The real question is, what is the maximum voucher fee?
