Aren't they about to release a movie about the first book? Mentioning that in the title would have been better than "HARRY POTTER TYPE BOOK"

Also found this with regard to the use of "Harry Potter":

Beneath the headline "Move Over Harry Potter", the Bundaberg News-Mail featured Chris Garrett's book Thomas Strange and the Forgotten Past on 21/08/2004. The paper went on to say that the book "had children enthralled" with its "easy-to-read style" and that Chris "could become the next JK Rowling".

Anyway. I'm downloading them on daughter's Kindle :)
