  I got a pair of these recently for a flight to Japan - i lost the 3.5mm to 2.5mm locking cable for my Sennheiser ANC headphones and the replacement cable was going to arrive after we flew out.

  Anyway these are a great sounding set. Very long battery life. Great sound quality for music and movies. The noise cancellation was great on the plane, and i didnt get that 'pressure' feeling other ANC headphones give me. Very good value for money.

    wow serious? just month ago i tried that famous bose QC $450 on the plane and yes i got that pressure feeling on my ear only after 30mins wearing.
    but noise cancelling on bose is good

    tempted to try this

      Your results may vary but for me it was a good experience. On a flight im happy if headphones can have the cabin noise reduced and i can hear quiet movie dialogue or low volume music coming through. These did that great for me.

      Forgot to add that i had them on pretty much the whole flight and they weren't uncomfortable to wear. I have a fat head also.

        my voice sounded harsh in all environments and the background was always chaotic due to ambient noise entering our conversations. She could barely hear or make out any of my words. That same feedback was shared from clients during video chats; most complaints were about too much background noise.

  Not everyone's priorities are the same as me, but personally it has 2 major issues for me.

  Earcups are very shallow, with something rounded protruding from the earcup. It makes my ear soar after a long period of use

  The volume is quite loud for me even at the lowest setting. Personally, the main selling point with ANC for me, is so I can listen to sound at a low volume (to preserve hearing).

  Bluetooth multipoint is fantastic on these though, much more better than my other more expensive headphones. They seem to switch depending on actual sound being played. i.e. you could have a song/app playing, but if its muted it will allow other source to play

      I've had ~3 calls on these, no one complained.

      Complaints with my bluetooth headphones feel random at time. I'm usually on my bose QC nowadays (so more chances of getting complaints), sometimes i get complaints with that (which should be great).

      I dont think it goes to transparency during calls, but im pretty sure theres a transparency toggle button there

        nah, i dont want transparency during calls, i want when making calls, the other side only hear my voice and not voices from other people talking behind me
