Looks like some price jacking going on. Since when was the HD 660S2 $949? Google cache showing it was $709 on the sennheiser website so probably in the last few days, even their ebay store has it at $709 still. Amazon also still has it at $709.
It technically is $949 RRP and has been since release. This isn't an artificial inflation.
Price was lower before this 40% coupon, is call that price jacking.

An hour ago I saw the copper version for $400 but after signing up for the voucher code, it is now $625.
It was cheaper before than with the code.

Decided to bite and purchased the HD 560S. With the coupon code it came to $191.
Shame that there is price jacking though. Everything is back to RRP, whereas yesterday the Momentum 4 were $400, HD 560S was $250, etc. So it’s not as good of a deal as it seemed.
