It looks like they got rid of their $200 option?

Previously they had a $200 option for 41,000 points (36,900 after 10% discount). Which was an extra ~2.5% value.

Might wait for the $200 Giftcard to come back into stock. Hopefully soon. Apple online store only allows maximum of 8 gift cards, 20 in store.
