      I edit on a decently old PC in 720p so FHD is quite fine for me. Not saying it’s modern, but it still has its place.

  If you use this as a small TV in the gym room perhaps, sure. As a monitor, your eyes will bleed given the size to resolution.

  Be aware LG can inject ads onto WebOS enabled screens now. They hijack the Ethernet lanes in the HDMI cable to access the internet, so even if it's just a streaming box plugged into it, if it has network access, the screen has it too.

    As opposed to giving WebOS direct access to the net in order to use streaming apps from the content store…?

    Either way I've not been served a single ad in almost 6 years - specifically didn't agree to the "customisation" privacy policy, or the one regarding voice search. I get the odd notification for 3 months of free Apple TV and that is about it.

  Is the box damaged or is this second hand? Its against the law to sell second hand items as new. I have ordered but if I find that it's been used, I will return it.
