Hopefully the next model won't have the endless edge design.

Endless edges give you endless pain

    • we want our edges to end just like in the old days

  • $305 delivered at Bing Lee eBay with code SNSM11 for eBay Plus members

  • 8 GB RAM, expandable up to 16 GB with RAM Boost

4 RAM Boost extended RAM requires use of phone’s internal storage as virtual memory, decreasing storage capacity; available user storage is less while in use. Available RAM is less due to operating system, software and other functions; may change with software updates. Features vary by market.

Wonder if it works or just like the good old "soft RAM"

Can people stop posting this phone every 3 days, especially when it's not near ATLs? Or as many commenters point out, even the current lowest price??

Will it keep working since the 3G ban and VoLTE/VoLTE FOR Emergency (000) by default ?

    • Yes

    • Good question I've seen a few reports IMEI's are banned on some networks.

  • +1

Decent hardware, crappy sloppy firmware from Motorola as usual

Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 is just a rebadged 695 with 100MHz higher clocks.

In other words, this phone is a mid range phone (with some nice features). Motorola's camera processing has never been good either, never up there with the likes of pixel Samsung apple

You mean a $300 phone is not quite as good as a $2,000 phone? Surely you jest!

    • Motorola's camera processing has never been good either, never up there with the likes of pixel Samsung apple

Have you tried Motorola Edge 50 Ultra?

    • All android phone owners:
Just install google camera / gcam mod for any android phones. It will improve the photo quality.

Low ISO/noise? YES, even at night or darker room with night sight/astrophotography mode.

      Improved Dynamic Range? Yes

Option to record video in 24 fps? Yes. Useful in a bit darker area. Only Pixel phones get to use night sight mode for video from Google's server side.

It doesn't matter how cheap is your android phone. One of my friends that has $2000 iphone once said that my night photo is better with my previous phone Realme 7 Pro (under $500). True story ;-)

    • Not everyone can afford $800~$2000 phones… If they're buying a $300, I'm sure they're not in it for the camera and powerful phone. They just need something that can watching YouTube, message, and make calls.

  • What year is this lol.. cant record 4k videos?

    • It doesn't matter if people won't view the videos in a big TV screen like 50" or above. So far, I don't need 4K video recording. 1080p is still good enough for most people that only use their phone/tablet/laptop/desktop or smaller TV under 50".

AI or other softwares can upscale videos with lower resolution.

  • $329 on Lenovo's website but currently Cashrewards has 12.5% standard cashback so ~$37.38 cashback = $291.62 after cashback?

  • Amazon has the G50 Fusion Edge for $439, JB price matched when I went in, depends if people are willing to pay the extra $100 for newer phone (May 2024) and Esim. Tried Officeworks for price match, but they said no stock, people probably already went price matching Amazon.
