Batata Vada are awesome (spicy potato), haven't seen them at many Coles locations anymore and the website says currently unavailable. YMMV.

Indian food quality standards are very low. Therefore consider Australian made alternatives.

    • I'm sure they make sure safe to sell in Australia.
I'd still consider it junk food obviously.

These are export quality goods. Frequently have the naan and samosas which are great.

    • That's not true at all. Export-grade food is made to a high standard, otherwise it gets refused import into Australia. Read about the Imported Food Inspection Scheme - they test imported foods for microorganisms, chemical residues and other food safety risks. The random testing data are publicly available in annual reports, and if you actually look at the data you'll find imported food is significantly safer (fewer recalls etc) than Australian-produced food. This means your claim is wrong and the opposite is true.
