Hi Rekabkram, thanks for the feedback I'm glad you liked our coffee. It's generally considered that coffee stays fresh only for the first few weeks after roasting and people have varying opinions as to how best store coffee to try to extend the shelf life. Some people try freezing in a sealed bag or container however others have differing opinions and are often debating them on some of the coffee forums.

It can be roasted dark or light. I normally roast it darker to give it more strength. Great coffee very smooth, often drink it myself. Description from our website as follows:
'This sweet, juicy coffee is suited to both light and darker roasts boasting notes of jasmine and vanilla. Inzovu Co-op is a clean cup with a good body and spine and was awarded a cupping score of 88.75 by a team of coffee experts at the Rwandan cup of excellence in August this year.'

The beans are roasted to order so that they are fresh for you. Once you have ordered they will be roasted for you either the same day or the following day and then shipped.

Hi Nstyle, haha yeah I know what you mean! I always find it difficult to choose which coffee to drink in the morning. Standard delivery time to WA is 5-7 days, Melbourne 2-3 days and Sydney 1-2 days. Normally due to the large discounts with these ozbargains deal, orders are shipped by courier not Express Post like we can with website sales; however if you live in an Australia Post Express area and pay and etxra $3 to our paypal then I'm happy to ship express(next day delivery) for you!?

How long would you say beans keep before they start to lose their flavour. My parents got some beans from you and they are absolutely amazing but it would take me like 6 months to get through 2kg of coffee.
