These should be better than frozen broccoli pieces because they require less time to cook, if you are making soup or something mushy. Not great for anything else according to the reviews.

Also noteworthy Hubbards Raspberry & Coconut Toasted Granola 450g $4.25 only 6.9g sugar per 100g, looks like it uses stevia.

A few other 1/2 price specials might be of interest:
- Chorizo $13/kg (from the Deli)
- OC Naturals Shampoo or Conditioner 725ml $3.20 (clean ingredients)

Got the 5400 points for $100 spend boost until Sunday, literally can't find anything worth buying other than those. Time to stock up spring water and canned salmon lol

    these packs seem to have a lot of water content in them and the taste is average even with a lot of spice. Broccoli is overrated anyway

      The nutrition information matches generic broccoli flower clusters though. Would just be natural water content as opposed to added.

        i found a lot of ice in my pack, also when cooking it gave a lot of water. Then if you are trying to cook out some of the water its a fine line not to burn them I suppose its ok for people on diets or trying to incorporate it to food for fussy people.

        Broccolini is king tier.

        I do kinda agree with others that broccoli rice is never as good as you hope.

        Personally found cauliflower rice to be superior because you can really cook it for a long time to get a nice crunch and it starts to smell like popcorn which is amazing

      It's never more than 50% as good as rice.

      Much healthier… But properly cooked white rice is basically god tier

    Picked up a few packs today after a swim at the beach
    They are mainly white broccoli stalk, with a few crums of the green florets. Suits me fine as I prefer the broccoli stalk to the florets. Product of Spain. I've noticed Blackrock Colesworth have started importing EU frozen fruit n veg past few months - earlier these products were all Oz grown
    A bargain at the mo at Coles is Birdseye Aussie Broadbeans 500g for $2! Super tasty!
