  Terrible experience with porting in. Once you port in, you'll have no internet unless you turn on the roaming with special configuration to the API as like a foreign Sim being used in Australia. Lastly the internet speed is so poor, you would feel it's 2g not 4g/5g. Buyer be aware :)

    can vouch for having a bad experience porting in, but in a different way; the form/ai 'helper' just didn't work! had to contact them via live chat

  id love to use them again but lyca is only Sim provider which limits how many times a customer can join them (permanently, lifetime of that person).

  that limit is so that 1 person can only activate 5 lyca Sims in Lifetime, and 5th activation basically, you cannot join lyca mobile again with another number. they come with weird excuses and reasons to why we cannot join them again after 5 Sims activation, e.g. saying we got 5+ Sim with other carriers so trying to convince to disable other carrier Sims, etc. etc.

  it's a total mess

  they technically do not want people to be coming back to them I guess.
