Looking for a Two or Three-Seater Sofa Bed

Hi, I'm helping a friend find a good deal for a two or three-seater sofa bed, with a budget of $1500 (flexible).

Haven't seen too many deals on OzBargain.

Any good suggestions?

    Recently went all over melb looking at couches, best place was The Furniture Trader in Epping. Heaps of stock and super cheap.

    Does it have to be new? I've seen plenty on marketplace that look near new , for only little money.

    Checkout Amart there are already two that fit within your budget:

    I've got a lot of Amart furniture and you get what you pay for. I never pay their RRP though. I've got a few beds and couches from them, very happy. Better than Fantastic Furntiure.

    I like this style. Only danger is you get used to having the bed out all the time and never want to sit with your legs down again. You could store an overlay in the storage section to make it a bit more comfy for actually sleeping on. I also don’t like the fabrics available in this ikea one. Price is good though.

      I have one like this. What you describe is how we run with it; a three seater chaise longue It is a tad hard so we have an old Futon we’ve put over it. The futon is flexible enough to sit up in couch mode and lie down as a bed. We are very happy with this.

        Glad I’m not the only one! Exactly like you say “three seater chaise”. I’d be keen to find something similar with nicer fabric and better cushion/cushioning. I think there are knock offs around at some of those furniture warehouses, but I haven’t investigated more yet.
