One million percent they haven’t considered this and will not do it regardless.
If you're going to put it on decking, make sure that the deck area can support the weight.
Consider a hire one if you are going to spend decent money, to see if you will sustain the ongoing use, or if it is just for a party.
The problem that hurts the most with these type of things is the energy to heat the water.
Cold water is not really pleasant, even on warm days.
Cold air bubbles also cool the water.
Don't get sucked into buying a permanent one/built in: not worth it and they are a white elephant purchases.
Unless it part of pool purchase you will definitely be using(usually for the kids).<<<

Buy one second hand on marketplace.
Sell it on marketplace after summer after 3 uses.
Best one is owned by someone else.
Why inflatable? Why not go the whole hog.
Also consider you’ll most likely need fencing too
