Ran a memory validation /www.grc.com/validrive.htm#top - the device does not hold 1tb, more like 100gb.

'If it sounds too good to be true, it often is". Red flag, a 2TB SSD external hard dive for $49.99. Reviews are suspect.

I accidentally bought the 1Tb and am returning it. I should have noticed the four reviews were all from the same date. The seller should be banned from Amazon.
Can't cancel?
It arrived the same day I ordered it. I just have to take it to a post office and Amazon will refund. I’ve left an appropriate rating and comment.
Scammy crap
Do not buy, 100% a scam item, you will just receive a drive with spoofed capacity.
His other items are probably fake as well - Anti Snoring Mouthpiece: Anti Snoring Devices Mouth Guard; Ear Plugs for Sleep - Noise Cancelling Earbuds for Sleeping; Compressed Air Duster Cleaner for PC; other 1Tb ssd.
