While the price for the TV and music frame speaker is similar to a few places. Videopro is also giving a $200 gift card which is pretty sweet.

The return shipping cost on an 85" TV would definitely make for some questionable economics
I bought the deal from BungLee yesterday and thought it was already good. This is better but I’ve not heard of video pro before
Video pro has been around in Queensland since the 80s. Their business model is high quality service and very knowledgeable staff who could sell you the right TV for you and a home theatre system etc.
I’m happy to see they are still going.
these tvs are for those who prefer how it looks when it's off. we have one in our bedroom, looks great. when its on, the picture quality is abysmal
Dunno man, i went to the store today i actually like the matte look
How old is yours? Ours looks very good imo. No issues at all. The anti-reflective is so great for our room
Very strongly disagree. We've had our 85 inch for a year and it's the best. It works so good in our lounge room where there's some light reflecting off the screen.
I'm really glad you enjoy it, but the picture quality of these sets is average at best. its not just my opinion - read any review and they'll say the same thing.
when in art mode, the art looks real and amazing. when in tv mode, the matte screen diffuses light across a larger area and causes any blacks to turn even more grey than it usually does.
our main TV is an oled, so i may be more picky to non-oled screens. i just know when we watch the bedroom frame, i let out an audible "ugh" every time i see the backlight bleeding through black images.
my suggestion is to go read reviews, get an idea of what a matte screen does to the picture quality and decide whats most important in a tv for you
Same price with store gift card as well at Harvey Norman.
Delivery is not free but HN gift card maybe more usable for most.
Not sure anyone is going to think your 85" TV is a picture frame unless you live in an art gallery.
You know you can just buy stuff for yourself to enjoy right?
One of the biggest selling point for me is the matte display. My living room has huge amount of windows so a lot of natural light. Any normal TV has crazy reflections, this one, is going to be blessing.
it'll defuse the reflections over larger areas of your screen at the cost of image quality.
if the matte screen was the best way to handle reflections, most TV manufacturers would use it. the anti-glare coating on premium TVs in combination with the brightness overcomes most bright rooms.
but i genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase
Who else has it for this price? You mentioned a few others have the deal as well. Anywhere in Melbourne
Harvey Norman did as well but I see they have gone back to $3,795.
Check HN for 2024 model, the same price as this one. But need delivery additional charge
For this kinda deal, let’s say I buy it, use the gift card, then I return the tv, does that work?
