About this item (From lyl-Lychee's post)

It's an air fryer with a single large drawer. Almost the same as the AF400ANZ ('Dual Zone') but instead of 2*4.75L drawers it's a single 10.4l drawer.

Family-sized capacity: Remove the divider to transform 2 independent cooking zones into 1 extra-large 10.4L MegaZone to cook larger foods, traybakes & complete meals. Feeds 8+ people.
Dual zone technology: Cook 2 foods 2 ways, both finish at the same time. Cook mains & sides in 1 appliance, or cater to 2 different tastes. Fit up to a 2kg chicken or 1.5kg of fries in each 5.2L zone.
7 cooking functions: Air Fry, Max Crisp, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate, Prove. Quick family meals up to 75% faster than fan ovens* (Tested against fish fingers and sausages, including preheat)
Cook using up to 45% less energy than an oven: (
Testing and calculations based on recommended cook time for sausages, using air fry function versus conventional ovens.) Cook using little to no oil.
Easy to clean: Extra-large air fryer drawer and crisper plates are nonstick and dishwasher safe.

    No grill?

I have one, but I would not recommend that you buy one. For example, you pull out the large drawer. It is 200C. Where do you put it? It does not easily or reliably 'hang' off the front. Only had it 6 months and shopping around.

Just put it on the counter? Where else would it go?

I wouldn't normally put a frying pan or oven dish straight on a counter without a heat mat, its awkward and inconvenient, compared to other styles of AirFryers

        • You can pull it 90% of the way out which gives you access to everything in the drawer, and the front lip will be the only part making contact with the counter. I guess this might be an issue if you have a really shallow counter and absolutely no room in front of the air fryer?

Yep, it falls out much easier and is much more awkward to clean. You may need to clean the whole drawer even if you only used half for something.

That is like those tv shopping ads that people can't do normal tasks where do you put a oven tray when you take it out of the oven?

To add a contrasting review, I have had one for 6 months or so and love the thing. Wanted the biggest possible drawer and the fact that you can still split and use as a dual basket is fantastic. Would recommend.

I've had both this and the dual basket one. They both have their pros and cons.

If you are always using the full/whole drawer for large items, then this one is for you.

But if you want to use half more often than not, then the other one is more convenient.

This one has a horizontal bar handle on the drawer, plus it is large and heavy, so difficult to hold in one hand. So you can't as easily plate up by holding the drawer in on hand and using tongs or something to pick out contents.

Even tipping it all out sideways or upside down is harder, probably not recommended to do.

The other dual basket one, the baskets are smaller and have vertical handles, so much easier to hold one handed and complete the tasks mentioned above.

As mentioned in my previous comment, cleaning the large drawer is a PITA also compared to the two smaller drawers.
