      I'm waiting for the XXXXXXL

      I'm waiting for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL

    • Same. This would be great if it wasn’t two separate baskets

      • +6

Thought the same thing, had a quick watch of this and changed my mind. For a single person/couple the separate drawers are actually quite useful as it appears that you can actually cook two separate dishes at different temps in this, unlike in the larger unit which has a removable divider.

This is what they will be cooking the hot chips in down at NINJA Stadium going forward

  • ATL price?

Had one before, replaced with something else, don't like it, just bought this again!

    • +8

how come you replaced it in the first place?

  • anyone concerned about the non-stick surface? I did some research, and there are arguments on both sides. I couldn't come to a conclusion, so I ended up buying one with a glass container.

    • Not on this no, I have it for this reason, Teflon and BPA free.

  • I have a single basket 5.7L air fryer. Been thinking about a dual one. The reviews on this are all really positive so this is really tempting me….

    • I've got this and I miss the single basket. It's handy if you're doing small things, but can't fit overall larger objects in it. That, and the bloody loud beeping it's got for every button!

Great air fryer, highly recommend if you’re cooking two different things (nuggets and chips) etc

  • There is one of these more expensive im sure it’s xxxl as well whats the difference

Quite an amateurish description of the item by JB Hi-fi

Just went to checkout and noticed it's gone back to $228 now, the $199 deal is gone

  • +1

    has it just gone up?

  • Just get them to price match good guys website ($194 with the price beat feature on the GG). I just did then to get it back down.

    • i tried and they argued that the "negotiated prices" cant have the codes applied to them.

      • just got them to pricematch the $199 and the coupon wont succesfully apply to the negotiated price

        • tried .. same

  • still think the front load mini ovens are better value. these are (profanity) to clean, can't see how well its cooking and not as versatile with the awkward openings.

What a crap idea, you want one large basket.

  • +1

It's an air fryer.. Kmart sells 50 versions which all work well.. yet none would be even $100.

  • -2

    Yeaahh naaah

  • How's this compared to Philips? I have Philip's most basic one and pretty happy with it so far.

Just got the $159.20 price in store as it scanned at 199 and then perks discount on top.

  • What's everyone's opinion on basket vs mini oven style air fryers?

    • Mini oven doesn’t get as crisp, but much more versatile

  • +4

I have this & it cooks very differently if you are using one basket vs two (spreads the same power over two areas). Takes a fair bit of trial and error; if using both sides it takes longer than the packet instructions to get crisp fries, if using one side they will be overcooked using the packet instructions. I find myself disappointed by the wattage considering the price point.

Have previously had a single basket Kmart air fryer (great but the finish flaked within two years), and a Ninja flip mini oven (wasn’t the best at copy chips but loved how versatile it was; devastated that mine stoped working and they had discontinued them). In comparison this is good at crisping and handy to cook two things differently to be ready at once, but both too big (it’s huge on the counter top) and not big enough (have to chop family size frozen meals in half to cook them; chips seem to be stacked too high to crisp properly; got to use both sides to do enough bacon in one go).

    • Grab the largest anko one you can 6L+ and you'll be a happy man. I can cook pork belly to pork loins to frozen pizzas to even 1.4kg Gradi 400 lasagna in one go.

Cook lasagna and foil it. It will remain hot for 20 mins whilst the pizzas cook 🙂
