Woolies reused! Told they could not tell if I had used the SIM. It's a BELONG problem…
Staff checked display - found even older production date stock!! Threw in bin.
BELONG rang back. Said to pay for another $45 pack, send images of old pack, receipt (not kept) etc. $45 credit would be added to my new SIM. That's not what I wanted😜
So bought another $45 pack at full price. And wasted hours!!

After years of using BELONG, won't be using using again!Thanks for that. I just activated the officeworks sim which shows 07/06/22 which seems ok… Just be careful. This is new low price but who knows what will happen!
Activated similar dated pack OK in July.
14/4/21 dated pack failed in October.Your pack may be tampered like the Vanilla VISA scam. The SIM card inside may be swapped so that you actually paid for another SIM card held in a scammer.
@Neoika: As did with purchase today, carefully examined pack. Hard to open without damaging pack - I've tried.
Easy to check Belong SIMs.
SIM Number is at end of barcode on Pack.
SIM matched the pack info.
So NOT swapped.Contacted BELONG - SIM expired, not used.
SIM failed to activate in app. But had been registered with Belong when sold 4 months earlier. As shown on receipt.
Told Belong to ensure expired SIMs aren't sold in stores. It's bad for buyer, retailer & ultimately Belong!!
Many Belong SIMs at that Woolies were binned by staff after my complaint.
More may be on other retailer's displays.
So if i swirch to the $21 plan in month 2, does the dats from month 1 roll over or is it lost?
